Why Feminists HATE Sarah Palin

As you know, radical left wing feminists are foaming at the mouth over the nomination of Gov. Sarah Palin as the Republican Vice Presidential candidate.  Why, you ask? I mean, it would seem that because of what they represent, they would be thrilled about her nomination. After all, we need a woman in the White House at any cost, right?  Not so fast.  The nomination of Sarah Palin as McCain’s running mate has exposed the radical left wing liberal feminists in America for what they really are: bitter, hateful women who want nothing more than to destroy Sarah Palin because she is a Christian, and she believes in saving the unborn.

Let’s take a look at what feminists SAY they believe. They SAY that being a woman is more than just being a mom at home with the kids. The SAY that they believe that a woman is every bit as qualified as a man to hold a political office. They believe that premarital sex is completely okay and that we should not try to stop young people from having sex, but instead we should deal with it by teaching sex education in schools. They believe that when the young woman gets pregnant, we should not stand in her way, at any age, of killing her unborn baby-no matter what stage in the pregnancy she decides to do so.

Now, I don’t know about you, but what I am hearing in the media seems to be at least partly in contrast to what they SAY they believe! They have repeatedly trashed Sarah for wanting to become VP while having 5 children, one who is a special needs child. They suggest she is being a horrible mother by considering such a position, suggesting she is incapable of being both a mother and a VP. They have suggested that because her daughter had premarital sex and got pregnant, Sarah and Todd are bad parents. Most egregious, however, are the criticisms of Sarah for not choosing to abort her son Trig.

I never cease to be amazed. Sarah Palin is a beautiful, intelligent, articulate woman who puts every prominent feminist to shame, and it’s why they hate her so much. She IS everything they are not. Her success exposes them for who they are. “I know  what the truth is, and I know what my convictions are, so I can take it,” said Sarah in an interview this evening with Sean Hannity,“They motivate me!”

Republican conservative women have been called everything from lazy housewives to white trash, but I think Tom Delay said it best in an article written by Alexander Burns in Politico on September 3rd: “The media has done more for John McCain in the last two days than he’s done for himself in the last year and a half,” DeLay said. “Trashing her is waking up the sleeping giant, and the sleeping giant is Republican women.”

Thank you so much for your website! It is refreshing to see such support for two great candidates.

I was fortunate enough to see John McCain and Sarah Palin when they made a visit to my town the day after John McCain accepted the nomination at the RNC. It was amazing! My 7 year-old son even asked to go and after okaying it with his school, he experienced his first political rally! We both got to shake hands with John McCain, Cindy McCain and Sarah Palin. It was so energizing and a wonderful opportunity to see our candidates!

Thanks again for all the work you put into this blog!

p.s...I can’t wait to get my t-shirt and wear it proudly! :)

I have raised 11 children, and when I heard that "they" consider me a LAZY housewife, my nails came out. I love Sarah Palin and she has put some fire back into the Republican party.
Great blog :)

I wouldn't normally allow a post like this, but in an effort to expose you to the garbage that is out there, I am. This post was left on my other blog, a weight loss blog, because the person was either too chicken or too stupid to leave it here. Read on:

This was left, of course, by 'Anonymous'--

Here's a recipe for disaster. You take a 72 old politician who cheated on his first wife to marry Miss Moneybags. Then run him for president with an unqualified harpie who preaches abstinence and can't keep her own daughter from getting knocked up. Add to this that this VP candidate lies to American troops about a visit to Iraq when she's never been there. Include a pinch of her own hatred of her own gender because she's anti-choice and you have a country going down the toilet. And why, because Racist, white Women have been looking for an excuse not to vote for Obama. And no woman with self respect votes Republican anyway. The government has no business in anyone's vagina.

As long as I live, I will never understand the fervor over abortion rights. The whole idea of it is so barbaric that I cannot even conceive how someone in their right mind could think that it should be perfectly acceptable to remove a baby from its mother's womb. The reason these so-called feminists are in such a stew over Sarah is because she is the one thing they can never be - selfless. Face it, abortion is selfishness in its highest form. Their depraved minds cannot fathom why anyone would want to have a special needs child if you have the choice to "get rid" of it. You have to think about yourself, what's best for you, blah, blah, blah. I even read someplace where the left is saying Sarah and Todd are probably forcing Bristol to have her baby. I mean in the left's view why would any 17 year old girl want to be saddled with a baby? Right? Using their logic, I guess Obama's mother was pretty stupid to have him. After all she was a young, unmarried woman who was forced to drop out of college when she got pregnant with him. Even Obama bemoans the hard life she had to endure. Seems like abortion would have been a better choice for her.

Interesting blog. I understand why Governor Palin can be admired, and certainly share many of her views on god, America, and our personal rights and responsibilities. I am still unconvinced that her good personality and intelligence are enough to let he guide the counry, however. It's not that she can't do it, but it seems that running the country has never been part of her personal plans, and she hasn't yet spent a appropriate amount of time learning the huge amount that one needs to know for this job.

So far, I have seen a bright woman who has learned the names and "right" high-level answers, but doesn't yet understand the huge complexity of global politics or economy.
