Sweatin' For Sarah

Well, girls, I am proud to say that Sarah Palin made her first visit to Florida today, and me and my family were there to be a part of this historic event! We got in line about 9 this morning to get into the secure area. We made it in to that area about noon, got a spot just to the left of the podium in the front, and waited for 4 1/2 LONG AND VERY HOT hours. Temperatures had to be soaring near 100 today, but the 7 hours of waiting were completely worth it when Sarah, Todd, Piper, Trig and Willow finally made it to the stage! I don't have much energy left to write much about the events this evening, but I wanted to share a few pictures of the over 200 that we took today. I will be sharing many more in the days to come. We met many amazing people-men, women, children, students, democrats...you name it they were here! We had a wonderful time, and I can't wait to tell you all about it!

We stood for over 6 hours to see her in Virginia a couple of weeks ago. So glad you could go with your family. It is historic. I'm going to start saying HER-storic from now on. She's in all our prayers.

Can't wait to see your pictures. You can see mine at my blog.

Great photos and great to see so many people showed up to see Palin. The fact that so many people waited for hours in the blistering heat to see Sarah Palin is proof of the enthusiam for this woman.

Great photos and what a good looking family.

I get so tickled at Piper. That little girl is going to run her SS detail ragged...and they will be fighting over who gets to be with her!
